Dear Affirmations Doctor
I am at the end of my rope relationship wise. I have been single for the past fifteen years with no hope of a relationship in sight. Even though I try not to be negative and I strive to feel happy for them, I feel very jealous of my friends because most, if not all of them are in committed relationships and there I am the odd one out. What can I do, short of advertising for that perfect man for me on a billboard? I need help now! Thanks. Marcia
Dear Marcia
I am glad to see that you have joined our Enlightened Dating Service and I would suggest the following Affirmation Process to compliment your involvement with Enlightened Dating. My observation would be that you are allowing negative feelings of jealousy and envy to fill your heart and thus, it is not open to receive that lasting, loving relationship that you so earnestly desire. As for advertising on a bill board, I would personally take other steps first. Have you ever tried doing Affirmations?
My Suggestion:
First and foremost do the Extended Toothbrush Exercise.
This will assist you in releasing the negative emotions of jealousy and envy.
Procedure:
Get up in the morning and just after you have brushed your teeth, look at yourself in the mirror and say, "Hey Marcia you are a mighty fine person. You are lovely. I now forgive everyone and everything that has ever hurt me. I now forgive myself. I love, respect and approve of myself just the way I am."
Note: When you say EVER it goes right back to when you were in your mother's womb. If too many negative, unhappy memories surface at the same time, just say, "One at a time please."
Now you are ready to do your Master Affirmation to attract that ideal man into your life right here, right now.

When you date and sign your Master Affirmation you have made a firm and binding contract with Your Higher Self, God, Universal Mind or whomever you believe in. Even a check is not valid unless it is signed and dated.
